Pat Sajak Strikes Again: Demolishes Dem Debate With One Tweet | Daily Wire

William Shakespeare must have known that one day in the future Pat Sajak would exist when the Bard wrote in Hamlet, “Since brevity is the soul of wit / And tediousness the limbs and outward flourishes, I will be brief.”

On Thursday night, Sajak, the beloved host of “Wheel of Fortune,” issued another succinct, immortal tweet, this time targeting Democrats as he sat suffering through the Democratic presidential debate. He wrote, “This could be worse. It could be a dinner party and I could be there.”

This could be worse. It could be a dinner party and I could be there.

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak)

Sajak has famously tweeted such pointed and brief remarks before. After the horrific Las Vegas massacre in October 2017, when celebrities chimed in with their uninformed opinions, Sajak tweeted, “OK, let me explain this again: We’re celebs. We’re wiser & more empathetic than you. We are famous. Please take our opinions more seriously.” As The Daily Wire noted at the time:

This is not the first time Sajak, a political conservative, has lanced the celebrity bubble of leftism that pervades Hollywood; his resume should have been a warning to leftists that his wit would target them. Sajak is an external director for the conservative publishing house Eagle Publishing, serves on the Board of Trustees at Hillsdale College and has served on the Board of Directors for the Claremont Institute.

Here are some other examples of Sajak pointedly targeting the Left:

Looking forward to next awards show/lecture.

Nobody abhors violence more than Hollywood, and nobody does more to glorify it.

I wonder if the celebrities who moved out of the country will return for the demonstrations?

Unhappy about results of last week’s People’s Choice Awards. Thinking of breaking Starbucks windows & trashing limos.

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak) January 21, 2017

Changing the world one screamed obscenity at a time.

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak) January 23, 2017

“Alexa, turn on CNN. I want to hear the news.” “You’ll have to pick one or the other.”

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak) July 7, 2017

Does anyone have thinner skins than the “tough” news media?

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak) January 13, 2017

At the end of 2018, Sajak mocked CNN, tweeting, “Easy fix for CNN: change name to Current Narrative Network. My work here is done.”

Easy fix for CNN: change name to Current Narrative Network. My work here is done.

    — Pat Sajak (@patsajak)

Apparently Sajak’s view of the debates was not unique; despite the fact that the second night of the Democratic presidential debates outpaced the first, drawing 15.26 million viewers across the three networks, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the debate still slightly trailed the first 2012 Democratic presidential debate, which drew 15.46 million viewers, and was left in the dust by the first GOP presidential debate in 2012, which attracted a whopping 24 million viewers.

Following her exit, Elma spoke to Kem Cetinay and Arielle Free on the Love Island Morning After podcast about her time in the villa.

She revealed: “I lied about my age on Love Island. I tell everyone I’m 23, it’s a real issue.

“I’m 26 but now everyone knows it because they said they couldn’t lie for me.”

Elma previously revealed to The Sun Online how she was desperate to couple up with Joe Garratt – but he was already partnered with Lucie Donlan.

Elma admitted the Essex lad was her real type in the villa and she would’ve loved to get to know him had he been single.

Asked to reveal who really turned her head on the ITV2 show, she exclusively told The Sun Online: “Having gotten to know them all and living with them all, I think Joe.

“He’s a southerner like me and he’s really nice.

“He has a certain banter, and you get on with some people more than others and I think I really got on with him.”

Meanwhile Elma’s former Love Island partner Anton was branded a “s**t stirrer” on tonight’s show.

Anton and Curtis Pritchard both gave their two pence worth on Molly-Mae’s relationship with Tommy Fury after she was branded a “money-grabber” in the Tweet Challenge.

  • WATCH: Willow Smith Tells Her Mother And Grandmother That She Considers Polyamory | Daily Wire

WATCH: Willow Smith Tells Her Mother And Grandmother That She Considers Polyamory | Daily Wire

Willow Smith, the daughter of movie star Will Smith and actress Jada Pinkett Smith, “came out” to her mother and grandmother during another episode of the Facebook web series, “Red Table Talk,” in which she expressed interest in polyamory with both men and women.

According to Pink News, the 18-year-old said that her ideal relationship would be with both a man and a woman as part of their talk about “unconventional relationships.”

“Personally, male and female, that’s all I need,” said Willow Smith.

Appearing surprised by Willow’s admission, Jada Pinkett Smith replied, “Well, there it is … I think my stomach just [jumped].”

Regardless, Jada said she simply wants her daughter to be happy.

“Listen, you know me Willow, whatever makes you happy,” said the “Matrix: Reloaded” actress.

“I love men and women equally and so I would definitely want one man, one woman,” Willow elaborated. “I feel like I could be polyfidelitous with those two people. I’m not the kind of person that is constantly looking for new sexual experiences. I focus a lot on the emotional connection and I feel like if I were to find two people of different genders that I really connected with and we had a romantic and sexual connection, I don’t feel like I would feel the need to try to go find more.”

The episode then segued into an interview with an actual polyamorous couple — one man and two women — which led Jada Pinkett Smith to reveal she and Will Smith have had a non-sexual sort of relationship with his ex-wife, actress Sheree Zampino.

“[The reason polyamory is] not so foreign for me is that I’ve had a non-sexual throuple for years with Sheree,” said Pinkett Smith. “When you have your husband that is taking care of another woman and spending time with another woman, it’s the same thing.”

Despite Jada Pinkett Smith’s support for Willow’s newfound sexuality, her grandmother admitted that she would not be too “excited” to see her granddaughter in multiple relationships at once.

“I would not be excited about that,” said Willow’s grandmother.

“Love is universal,” Willow Smith fired back. “There’s so many different types of people in this world and so many people to learn from, and I don’t see the benefit in … not putting myself in a position to learn as much as I possibly can from as many people as I possibly can.”

The “Red Table Talk” has become a place where the Smith family reveals some outlandish (and rather personal) details about their own lives. Recently, Jada Pinkett Smith revealed she struggled with a porn addiction in her youth.

“If I [were] still on my porn game, I’d be able to show you some good porn,” Jada admitted to her co-hosts, daughter Willow and her mom Adrienne. “Back in the day I had a little porn addiction, but I wasn’t in a relationship when I had a porn addiction, believe it or not, thank goodness.”

Later on, Jada Pinkett Smith said she felt she used the term “‘addiction’ a little lightly,” adding that she would classify it as an “unhealthy” relationship with porn.

“And maybe I’ll say now that I had an unhealthy relationship to porn at one point in my life where I was trying to practice abstinence,” said Jada.

In June 2018, Jada Pinkett Smith quite explicitly told her then-17-year-old daughter Willow that she had given herself “multiple orgasms” at that age.

“I think by your age I gave myself multiples first. Multiple orgasms. Yep, I did,” Jada said at the time. “I was really into it at one point just because I was in an exploration state and I was abstaining from men. I actually think I went through kind of an addiction too with it. Then one day I was like, ‘Enough, you’re having five orgasms a day.’”

Jordyn Woods Launches BooHoo Line, Doing Fine Without Kardashians | TMZ.com

Jordyn Woods ain’t playing the crying game after being excommunicated by the Kardashians — it’s the opposite actually … despite what her new fashion brand might suggest.

Kylie‘s former BFF launched a new clothing line Tuesday in partnership with online retailer BooHoo. Seems she’s the face of the line … at least that’s what we get after watching the video she posted of herself rockin’ some of its gear … all the while flaunting her curves for the cam.

    View this post on Instagram

A post shared by HEIR JORDYN (@jordynwoods) on

It’s interesting … the BooHoo line looks similar to stuff the Kardashians have worn and sold from their own fashion empire. Seems Jordyn’s ripped a page right out of their biz book and is keeping it going for herself … how ’bout that?!

There’s also this — Kim K suggested on the latest ‘KUWTK’ episode that Jordyn’s only been able to provide for her own family through what Kylie has “given” her with respect to jobs and other opportunities.

Whatever the case, Jordyn obviously has been doing just fine without the Kardashians … and appears to only be moving up in her own lane one new deal at a time. Good for her.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason Visit Kids and See the Judge in Custody Case | TMZ.com

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are back in court, hoping to regain custody of their kids … but most likely just getting an opportunity to see them face to face.

The troubled couple walked quietly into the courthouse Tuesday morning in Whiteville, North Carolina, where there’s been no shortage of tense moments in recent weeks. As you know, all of Jenelle’s kids — 9-year-old Jace, 4-year-old Kaiser and 2-year-old Ensley —  were removed after a judge decided the couple’s issues — especially David killing the family dog — put the kids at risk.

While Jenelle has said she’s sticking with David no matter what … they’ve agreed to attend counseling in hopes of getting back their children. Still, the drama’s continued even at these court-monitored visits with the kids.

You’ll recall, Jenelle got into a nasty little exchange with her mom, Barbara, earlier this month outside the courthouse. Jenelle said her own mom has blocked her number. Barbara insinuated the only reason Jenelle was hugging her daughter, Ensley, was for the cameras.

Then, there’s Jenelle’s ex, Nathan Griffith. You might recall Jenelle and David confronted Nathan, who was talking to our guy. David flipped them off. Nathan tried to make things right with them but to no avail.

Today’s hearing comes a few days after Jenelle and David were in Washington, D.C. … scootin’ around town between her business meetings.

  • Israel Folau’s campaign shut down by GoFundMe, donors to be refunded – ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

Israel Folau’s campaign shut down by GoFundMe, donors to be refunded – ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

    Updated June 24, 2019 11:35:28

Sacked Wallaby Israel Folau’s attempt to crowdfund for his legal action against Rugby Australia has been shut down by GoFundMe, which will refund all money raised to donors.

    Key points:

Folau started a GoFundMe campaign last week, asking people to donate $3 million to fight Rugby Australia, which last month terminated his contract over a series of homophobic social media posts.

A spokesperson for GoFundMe said after a “period of evaluation”, the site had ruled Folau’s campaign violated its terms of service.

The company said it would not tolerate the promotion of discrimination or exclusion.

“We are absolutely committed to the fight for equality for LGBTIQ+ people and fostering an environment of inclusivity,” GoFundMe’s Australian regional director Nicola Britton said.

Folau’s $4 million contract was terminated by Rugby Australia last month after he made a post on his Instagram page which claimed homosexuals, among other people, would burn in hell.

Rugby Australia chief executive Raelene Castle condemned Folau’s public appeal for money at the weekend.

“From our perspective, [GoFundMe] is a place where sick children get support, so it’s certainly not a strategy we think is appropriate,” Castle said.

Folau said he was asking for support as Rugby Australia would be able to devote “significant resources” to fight him in court.

Some people, including former Wallaby Drew Mitchell, attacked Folau’s decision to raise money online, arguing there were more important causes that should be supported.

After being created on June 18, his campaign had raised more than $750,000.

GoFundMe said over $1 million has been donated to hundreds of other campaigns across Australia since Folau launched his appeal for cash.

“Our platform exists to help people help others,” Ms Britton said.

“Australians have shown themselves to be among the most kind and generous people in the world.

“We look forward to helping more Australians fundraise for causes they care about in the coming months and years.”

When asked about the closure of Folau’s fundraiser, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said: “I think that the issue has had enough oxygen.”

NSW One Nation MP Mark Latham, who defended Folau in his maiden speech to parliament earlier this year, said GoFundMe’s decision was “excessive use of corporate power”.

He tweeted: “Lefties scoffed when I said the absence of religious freedom protections would lead to a reign of terror against Christians. In all aspects of the Folau matter, it’s easy to see what’s happening.”

Courteney Cox rang in her 55th birthday on June 15, and celebrated the milestone south of the border this week with some celebrity pals including BFF Jennifer Aniston. She was joined by actresses Mary McCormack, Kristin Hahn, and Amanda Anka for the beach day, while Jen opted to hang by the pool at their villa instead. The Murder Mystery star — whose Netflix film recently broke a streaming record — did some sunbathing in a mismatched bikini.

Before heading to Mexico, Courteney and Jen linked up with costar and friend Lisa Kudrow for a celebratory dinner in LA. Jennifer also recently stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show and talked about the possibility of an onscreen Friends reunion. “Listen, I would do it! The girls would do it and the boys would do it, I’m sure,” Jen said, adding that “anything can happen.”

Khloe Kardashian Says Tristan Threatened Suicide After Jordyn Woods Scandal | TMZ.com

Khloe Kardashian claims Tristan Thompson went overboard in showing remorse after he confirmed he cheated on her with Jordyn Woods … to the point where he threatened to kill himself.

On Sunday’s episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Khloe was telling Scott Disick about Tristan’s text messages to her after she confronted him about his fling with Woods.

She says she got her questions answered, but then her baby daddy bombarded her with messages of regret and sorrow … including threatening suicide.

Khloe told Disick … “He’s like, ‘I can’t stop thinking about you and what a mess I have caused.’ He’s doing this to get a reaction out of me. Oh, so I’m allowed to say ‘I’m going to kill myself’ at any time? That’s crazy.”

Despite her disgust over Tristan’s behavior, Khloe apparently asked his friend to check on him to make sure he was okay … which Disick said “just goes to show that Khloe is an unbelievable person that loves so hard and so much.”

Scott added … “Somehow she just keeps getting the short end of the stick, and it’s unfair and it’s hurtful and it’s really hard to me to sit and watch.”

As you know … Jordan and Tristan’s cheating scandal broke in February, and Woods explained her side during a ‘Red Table Talk’ interview shortly afterward, claiming she wasn’t a homewrecker and there was just one kiss.

At first, Khloe didn’t buy it and blamed her for breaking up her family, but later backed off and placed the majority of the blame on Thompson. Still, the incident caused a rift between Woods and the family … and she moved out of Kylie Jenner’s guest house. The 2 ex-besties have been on amicable terms since.

Beth Chapman in medically induced coma at Queen’s, family says

    DENNIS ODA / JAN. 25

Beth Chapman, co-owner of Da Kine Bail Bonds, poses for a photo at the business on Queen Emma Street in January. Da Kine Bail Bonds shut down its office and Dog the Bounty Hunter storefront at the end of January.

Beth Chapman has been admitted to Queen’s Medical Center and is in a medically induced coma in the hospital’s intensive care unit, her husband Duane “Dog” Chapman said.

According to a statement late Saturday night from the Chapmans’ publicist, only “immediate family” are being allowed access to the reality television star at this time, with the family asking the general public to “please pray for Beth” while also sending “sincere thanks to everyone for their prayers throughout Beth’s battle with cancer.”

Beth Chapman, 51, was first diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in September 2017, and said in November that the cancer had returned despite surgery to remove it.

In April, she was hospitalized “due to an accumulation of fluid in her lungs” and underwent a procedure to relieve pressure that had built up, according to her family.

The Chapmans first starred in the reality TV series “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” and most recently appeared together in “Dog & Beth: On the Hunt,” both of which were filmed throughout Hawaii, including the couple’s Da Kine Bail Bonds office on Queen Emma Street. That office, along with a storefront for the Dog the Bounty Hunter shop, shut down at the end of January.
