Meghan Markle Is Simply Stunning in a White Dior Outfit For Archie’s Christening

Meghan Markle was the picture of elegance in a Dior dress at her son Archie’s christening on July 6. The new mom, joined by husband Prince Harry and their family members, smiled for an official portrait and we couldn’t help but gaze at this glimpse of her gorgeous outfit.

Much like her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, Meghan stuck to tradition and wore white for the christening. This color is a symbol of purity and new beginnings — perfect for Archie’s special day. She paired the three-quarter sleeve dress with a matching hat and, of course, her sparkling engagement ring.

Harry, on the other hand, went with a similarly light color palette and wore a grey suit, blue tie, and brown shoes. Little Archie wore the same gown his cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis all wore for their respective christenings. Get a peek at the family’s simply spot-on outfits in the photos above and below.

  • Robert Foster is already showing discernment talent!

Robert Foster is already showing discernment talent!

Maybe it would have been better to just say “No”.  There is no need to hide behind some religious rule!  You have the right to your rules just like this woman does.  I think her inability to deal with issues comes out when she was told she could not come along.  Get her own bus, car or train and stop looking for a free ride!  Good call at any rate by Robert Foster.  The lady in questions is not someone you might want for a ride along any way.
A Republican running for governor of Mississippi sparked a media firestorm for refusing to let a female reporter go on a 15-hour campaign “ride-along” with him unless she agreed to bring along a colleague.

Candidate Robert Foster says he was following the “Billy Graham” rule and had made a promise to his wife never to be alone with another woman.

The newspaper reporter, Larrison Campbell, told CNN she felt she was being treated as a sexual object first, and a reporter second.

In a phone interview with CBN News, we asked Foster if his campaign could have accommodated Campbell by bringing along another campaign staff member.

He told us the situation escalated before they got the chance.

“She felt like it was a personal attack,” Foster said. “And it never really got to the point of us trying to work out those details before it went viral, almost. It was an issue of me discriminating against her, sexism, and all the feminists went nuts. And we hadn’t even had the chance to get to the point of trying to work out the finer details.”

Foster also told CBN News he understands why Campbell might be offended, but added that in the end, it’s his truck, his rules, and his marriage comes first.

“They acted as if that was an attack against her, and not something they were willing to compromise on,” he said. “But the thing is, they asked me for the interview, I didn’t ask them for the interview. So I just put that one stipulation on it and asked that they comply with that if they wanted to ride in my truck. Because in the end, you know, it’s my truck – my rules.”

  • Jeremiah Sullivan has been studying sharks for over forty years, and on July 17, the world will see him get bitten by a shark (several times) on NatGeo

Jeremiah Sullivan has been studying sharks for over forty years, and on July 17, the world will see him get bitten by a shark (several times) on NatGeo

I’ve been bitten thousands of times,” offers a chuckling Jeremiah Sullivan. “Been thrown around a bit. Beaten up pretty good. Nearly had my teeth knocked out. Certainly chewed on a lot.”

Since the early ‘70s, Sullivan has been the world’s leading chronicler of human-shark interactions. A bearded, shredded-up marine biologist in his sixties, he’s taken thousands of dives, and been intentionally bitten by sharks more times than he can count in order to test his custom-designed suits of armor to protect humans from shark bites.

“We’re studying human-shark interactions, and the only ones I’m interested in are those that are most accurate and realistic so that we can protect anyone who happens to be in the sea and learn the behavioral range and capabilities of these apex predators so we can conduct safer interactions,” he tells me.

On the evening of July 17th, National Geographic will air the special Man vs. Shark, featuring Sullivan being intentionally bitten by a deadly, 14-foot tiger shark in order to test his latest protective gear—a composite suit built to withstand the blow from an ax. Given its saw-shaped teeth, so sharp they can easily mash through turtle shell and bone, even Sullivan found himself a tad bit nervous about the risky stunt.

“I felt pretty confident in what I was doing but the tiger sharks I’d been saving for later, they’re known to have among the most destructive bites and to do a lot of damage when they get ahold of things and try to chew on them for a bit,” he says. “We weren’t sure what was going to happen. I had a lot of people with me that were quite sure that when one bit me, the other tiger sharks were gonna come swarm on me.”

He laughs: “I had to approach this thing knowing that it could be bad, but I was sure I was on the right track.”

Sullivan’s fascination with sharks began early on. He grew up in Hawaii (“before it was state”) and Puerto Rico, where he was raised by his mother, who worked for the World Health Organization (his father, a Hollywood actor of the same name, was largely out of the picture). In addition to his proximity to sharks and access to the sea, one of his biggest inspirations came in the form of the film Born Free, a 1966 picture telling the tale of a couple raising orphan lions in Africa.

  • ‘STRANGER THINGS’ SEASON 3 VIEWED BY MORE THAN 40 MILLION USERS ON NETFLIX

‘STRANGER THINGS’ SEASON 3 VIEWED BY MORE THAN 40 MILLION USERS ON NETFLIX

That’s a record for Netflix to ever get to an audience of that size. THR also reported just more than 18 million people have already cruised through every episode of season three.

As I noted Monday, I just got into this show, and binged the first season over the past few days. It’s no surprise to me the latest season is putting up such gigantic numbers.

It’s an absolutely awesome show, and the nostalgic factor is through the roof. It appeals to older generations who grew up in the 1970s and 80s, it appeals to my generation, which still grew up on “The Goonies,” and it appeals to younger people as well.

It’s a hit pretty much across all demographics.

Police Investigate Death Threats to Movie Theater Owners Screening Pro-Life Film ‘Unplanned’

B.J. McKelvie, president of Cinedicon, the Canadian distributor of the film that tells the story of Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood manager-turned pro-life activist, confirmed two Canadian independent cinema owners reported threats that caused them to be “fearful for their families,” said LifeSiteNews. Yet another independent theater owner was reportedly “harassed to the extreme.” Chuck Konzelman, one of the film’s producer-directors, reportedly said McKelvie requested, for the sake of safety, the film’s producers remove from their website the July 12 listing of 46 Canadian theaters that will be screening the movie. The death threats are reportedly aimed at the independent theater owners. McKelvie noted “they didn’t get anywhere with Cineplex, or they didn’t get anywhere with Landmark.” “It’s unfortunate it’s come to that,” he said. “It’s just a movie. The topic is certainly a hot topic. However, it is just a movie. I find it ironic, they talk about choice, pro-choice, pro-choice, pro-choice, but they’re not giving people a choice to go see the movie.”

According to Kelowna Capital News, threats were reportedly made against theater staff via social media in Shuswap, British Columbia, prompting the theater to cancel the film’s screening. The staff of Salmar Theatres reported the threats and Salmar Community Association board member Chris Papworth confirmed Thursday the board agreed to cancel the film’s scheduled five-day run that would have begun July 12 at the Salmar Classic. “We have a track record of showing things from a variety of points of view … we try not to preclude things because of whatever personal opinions may exist on our board or something like that,” explained Papworth. “What’s different here … certainly in the past, there hasn’t been an effort to dox employees or, specifically, the general manager, by releasing their personal information on social media and then encouraging people to go after them as the one responsible for some heinous act,” he added. “We just aren’t prepared for those levels of hostility towards our general manager.”

In Shuswap, the screening of Unplanned had been organized with the support of members of the local Pro-Life Society. “If they had just come out to picket while the movie is running, I could accept that,” said Hildegard Krieg, Pro-Life Society spokeswoman. “But I cannot accept that they should actually threaten somebody with violence personally and the family. That is absolutely uncalled for. A peaceful picket, OK, we walk through the picket line. But that is going too far.”Krieg said an alternative plan would be for the Pro-Life Society to have a private showing at the Classic.

  • Meghan Markle debuts stunning £3000 sapphire ring at Wimbledon – but her summer hat is a trusty bargain

Meghan Markle debuts stunning £3000 sapphire ring at Wimbledon – but her summer hat is a trusty bargain

Duchess Meghan’s go-to Wimbledon hat is a total bargain

…and check out that stunning new pinky sparkler!

The Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at Wimbledon on Thursday, to watch best pal Serena Williams triumph against Kaja Juvan on court one – and it looks like she stuck to what she knows when it comes to fashion! We’re not surprised Meghan opted to wear her trusty Panama hat in the hot weather. It’s one of her favourite summer pieces, having owned it for a number of years – she was often seen sporting it on her now-deleted Instagram page, and also during a trip to Jamaica with Prince Harry back in 2017.

Meghan shaded from the sun in her Panama hat on Thursday

The cool accessory is the Madewell x Biltmore Panama Hat, and costs £54.59 from the brand’s website – though sadly it has completely sold out since Meghan’s latest appearance. It’s also stocked on fashion retailer Modesens for £46, and looks like it will be coming back in stock at some point. Here’s hoping!

Meghan kept her look cool and casual as usual for her trip to Wimbledon, choosing a chic linen pin-striped blazer by L’Agence, jeans and a black cami top. Aside from her hat, she accessorised with simple black heels and an adorable tribute to baby son Archie, with a sweet ‘A’ initial necklace. Meghan’s sunglasses are the ‘Henrietta’ style from one of her favourite brands, Finlay & Co, and her gold earrings are the ‘Turquoise Mountain Nosheen Stud Earrings’, £50, from Pippa Small.

Madewell x Biltmore Panama Hat and Signature Sapphire Heart Button Back Ring

Fans also spotted another modern jewellery piece that the Duchess hasn’t been seen wearing before – a beautiful pinky ring with a pretty blue stone setting, thought to be by designer Jessica McCormack. Meghan wore a stunning diamond necklace from the New Zealand-born jeweller during her royal visit to the country in October 2018. Her new piece – the ‘Signature Sapphire Heart Button Back Ring’ – costs £3000 and features a 0.94 carat heart-cut sapphire. How beautiful?

Meghan also wore her go-to hat for a trip to the polo in June 2018

On Thursday, Meghan was joined at Wimbledon by two of her friends from university – Lindsay Roth and Genevieve Hills – who have likely travelled to the UK for baby Archie’s christening, which is set to take place on Saturday. It will be a private affair, but we can expect official pictures to be released from the royal couple soon afterwards.

Ocasio-Cortez Complains About Ivanka Trump’s Job Credentials, Gets Mocked In Response | Daily Wire

Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was widely mocked over the weekend after she took a shot at the job credentials of President Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump.

Ocasio-Cortez, a former bartender and waitress, was not happy that Ivanka Trump accompanied the president on his trip to the G-20 summit and was included photographs alongside other world leaders.

“It may be shocking to some, but being someone’s daughter actually isn’t a career qualification,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “It hurts our diplomatic standing when the President phones it in & the world moves on. The US needs our President working the G20. Bringing a qualified diplomat couldn’t hurt either.”

Fox News reported that prior to joining the administration, Ivanka Trump was an executive vice president with the Trump Organization and served as CEO of her own clothing and accessories empire.

During the G-20 Summit, Ivanka Trump “represented the U.S. in meetings with leaders from China, Japan, Russia, India and Australia,” and also “led the U.S. delegation in a special discussion on women’s economic empowerment,” Fox News added.

Before leaving for the trip, Ivanka Trump noted that the United States was the only country that was bringing a completely female team to negotiate at the G-20.

“The United States is the only country in the G20 with an entirely female negotiating team representing President Trump and advancing his priorities,” Ivanka Trump tweeted. “Looking forward to heading to Japan tomorrow! #G20Japan #WGDP”

  • Meghan and Harry set to make Archie’s christening in Windsor next weekend private | Daily Mail Online

Meghan and Harry set to make Archie’s christening in Windsor next weekend private | Daily Mail Online

    ON MEGHAN’S SIDE

    THE BFF: Jessica Mulroney

Widely thought of as Meghan’s BFF – and unofficial stylist – Jessica Mulroney is a clear front-runner, although her US location means she’d be a godparent from afar.

The American stylist, a mother-of-three married to Canadian TV host Ben Mulroney, is so close to the Duchess that her four-year-old daughter, Ivy, was a flower girl at the royal wedding.

Her seven-year-old brothers John and Brian had the honour of being page boys.

The 39-year-old, who divides her time between Toronto and New York, where she works for Good Morning America as a fashion contributor, even has photos of the royal wedding in her home, with the stylish black-and-white snaps revealed in a video she posted last year.

Among those closest to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex who could be named godparents of their first child, is Meghan’s best friend and unofficial stylist Jessica Mulroney (pictured)

    THE STYLIST FRIEND: Misha Nonoo

Despite being predominately based in New York, fashion designer Misha has maintained a close friendship with the Duchess.

She was the creative mind behind the t-shirt the Duchess of Sussex wore for her first public outing with the Prince at the Invictus Games in Toronto in September 2017, and was at one point thought to be the matchmaker behind their royal romance.

The pair also go way back; prior to joining the royal family Meghan enjoyed regular holidays with Misha and her best male friend Markus Anderson.

Misha Nonoo (pictured on holiday with Benita Litt and Meghan) has maintained her close friendship with Meghan since she married Prince Harry, despite being predominately based in New York

THE MOTHER OF MEGHAN’S GODCHILDREN: Benita Litt

If Meghan decides a reciprocal godparenting arrangement might be best, then she may well look to the mother of her own godchildren.

Benita Litt, mother to Remi and Rylan Litt, was spotted close to Meghan’s mother Doria at the royal wedding with the pair clearly delighted to be representing the Duchess’s side of the family.

A former entertainment lawyer, high-flying Benita has previously been on holiday with the royal – and if you needed any further proof of their solid friendship, the pair also spent Christmas 2016 together.

Benita Litt (pictured left at the Royal wedding with Meghan’s mother Doria) is the mother of Meghan’s godchildren Remi and Rylan Litt

    THE UNIVERSITY PAL: Lindsay Roth

Keeper of some of the Duchess’ oldest secrets, Lindsay Roth is a fellow alumni from Northwestern University in Illinois, where the pair bonded in an English literature class studying Toni Morrison’s works.

Now a successful TV producer and author, Lindsay has already bestowed a role on Meghan, choosing her to serve as her maid of honour at her wedding in 2016.

Lindsay Roth (pictured with Meghan) is one of her oldest friends and a fellow alumni from Meghan’s time spent studying literature at Northwestern

    THE FAMOUS FRIEND: Serena Williams

Tennis icon Serena Williams has remained close friends with Meghan since the pair first met in 2010 at the Super Bowl in Miami, Florida.

Meghan previously wrote about their friendship on her lifestyle blog, The Tig, saying the pair had found an instant affection.

‘We hit it off immediately,’ she said. ‘Taking pictures, laughing through the flag football game we were both playing in, and chatting not about tennis or acting, but about all the good old fashioned girly stuff.’

The sportswoman, 37, was one of the pals involved in organising her baby shower in New York – and admitted that she’d pulled out all the stops to make it perfect for her pal.

She told Business of Fashion: ‘Planning something like that takes a lot of effort. I’m a perfectionist, so I’m like, ‘Let’s make it perfect’.’

Serena was a guest at St George’s Chapel Windsor when Meghan married Prince Harry last May, and was one of the close friends invited to their more ‘intimate’ evening do for 200 friends.

Serena (pictured with Meghan backstage at a fashion debut) was one of the Duchess’s close friends involved in the process of organising her New York baby shower

    AMAL CLOONEY

Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, 41, and her husband George, 57, were in attendance at Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding.

The mother of twins, who developed a friendship with the duchess during her transition to London, are connected through celebrity hair stylist Miguel Perez.

According to Elle, Meghan has been relying on Amal’s advice for coping with being in the public eye.

Amal and her husband are part of the well-heeled set of Berkshire-based celebrities who live close to Harry and Meghan’s new home at Frogmore Cottage.

Their sprawling home is just a 30-minute drive from Windsor and the couples are said to socialise regularly.

Harry and Meghan also spent a few days with the Clooneys at their 18th century Villa Oleandra in Lake Como in August 2018, relaxing by the pool and playing basketball.

Human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, 41, seen with George in March, attended Harry and Meghan’s wedding. Amal was also in attendance of the Duchess’s New York baby shower

THE MUTUAL FRIEND: Violet von Westenholz

Violet von Westenholz, 33, is the daughter of former Olympic skier Baron Piers von Westenholz, who is a close personal friend of Harry’s father, the Prince of Wales.

She was also a childhood friend of Harry’s and met with Meghan while working as a press relations director for Ralph Lauren.

She was seen chatting with Meghan at Wimbeldon just days before her blind date with Prince Harry in July 2016, prompting speculation that she had set the couple up.

However, it’s since been revealed that the royal matchmaker was designer Misha Nonoo.

Chums: Violet met Meghan through her PR job at Ralph Lauren (pictured at The Polo Ralph Lauren VIP Suite at the 2016 Wimbledon Championships)

    THE LA CONFIDANTE: Heather Dorak

Meghan’s close friend Heather Dorak was not at her baby shower – presumably because she had given birth to her own child only days earlier.

The duchess developed a close friendship with Heather during the time she spent attending her Pilates classes when she was an actress in LA.

Meghan has often gushed about being inspired by Heather who was a guest at her wedding to Harry.

    On Harry’s side

    THE SECOND FATHER: Mark Dyer

Mark Dyer has been noted as a ‘second father’ to Prince Harry throughout his upbringing and a mentor alongside the royal’s former nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke.

Cheltenham College educated Dyer, known as Marko to friends, became a steadying big brother figure to the princes in the mid-Nineties when he worked as an equerry to the Prince of Wales for 18 months.

Prince Charles appointed Dyer to keep an eye on his sons, and he was brought in as a male counterpart to former royal nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke.

During the first half term after Diana’s death, when the boys would have been with their mother, Prince Charles was committed to a five day visit to Africa.

He took Harry along and while the Prince carried out engagements, Harry went off on safari in Botswana, organised by Mark.

From then on he was a key guiding figure as Harry and William tried to come to terms with the loss of their mother.

After his spell as an employee to the Prince ended he remained a mentor to Harry.

In 2009 Mark founded the management company MDM Bars and Pubs and runs two pubs The Sand’s End and The Brown Cow, in south-west London which both became haunts of Prince Harry.

Mark’s six-year-old son Jasper, who is Prince Harry’s godson, was chosen as a page boy for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s wedding.

Mark Dyer (pictured with Harry) has been described as a ‘second father’ to Prince Harry following his mother Princess Diana’s death

THE FAMILY MEMBER: Mike and Zara Tindall

Harry has shared a close bond with his cousin Zara Tindall since childhood.

Back when Zara had a tongue piercing and Harry was known for his wild nights out, the pair were known as the ‘fun’ royal rebels.

However, their friendship has endured now they are both settled down and in their 30s.

Indeed, it’s Harry who is said to be responsible for Zara’s happy marriage to Mike Tindall after introducing the pair at Manly Wharf Hotel in Sydney in 2003, during the Rugby World Cup.

Zara and Mike chose Prince Harry to be godfather to their second daughter, Lena, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended her christening in March at St Nicholas Church in Cherington, Gloucestershire.

THE FATHER OF HARRY’S GODCHILD: Jake Warren

Jake Warren and his wife Zoe attended the couple’s wedding, and their daughter Zalie – who is one of Prince Harry’s godchildren – was chosen to be a flower girl.

The godson of Princess Diana, Jake grew up alongside Prince Harry and has often been spotted with him at events including Ascot.

The Warren family are closely connected to the royals through horse-racing. Jake’s father John Warren is the Queen’s racing manager.

Jake Warren and his wife Zoe had their daughter Zali, who is one of Prince Harry’s godchildren, attended their wedding (Harry and Jake pictured together at Royal Ascot in 2014)

THE CLOSE MATE: Nicholas Van Cutsem

Major Nicholas van Cutsem, a major with the Household Cavalry’s Life Guards, has been a friend of Harry and William’s since childhood.

He had an important role in the 2011 wedding when he escorted William and Kate along the procession route in London in a 1902 State Landau after their wedding at Westminster Abbey.

The Duke of Sussex chose three-year-old Florence, the daughter of Nicholas and his wife Alice Van Cutsem, as a flower girl for his wedding to Meghan.

Prince Harry, who has known Nicholas and Alice for several years, is Florence’s godfather.

THE BELOVED FORMER NANNY: Tiggy Pettifer

Tiggy Pettifer – better known as Tiggy Legge-Bourke – was famously Harry and William’s long-term nanny in their formative years.

A constant by the princes’ side while they were growing up, Tiggy has remained close to both the royals over the years, and met Meghan before they married.

The Duke of Sussex is godfather to Tiggy’s son Tom Pettifer, who was pictured with Tiggy at the royal wedding.

THE PREP SCHOOL FRIEND: Charlie Van Straubenzee

Charlie Van Straubenzee became a close friend to Prince Harry and Prince William during their time at Ludgrove Prep School in Berkshire, and was chosen to be an usher at Harry’s wedding.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended Charlie’s wedding in Surrey just months after their own ceremony.

The Windsors and van Straubenzees have known each other since they were at Prep school together and are close friends.

Charlie’s older brother Thomas is Princess Charlotte’s godfather.

Harry has visited the family home in Cornwall almost every summer since he was a child.

Charlie Van Straubenzee (pictured with his wife Daisy) became a close friend of Prince Harry and Prince William during their time at Ludgrove Prep School in Berkshire

    THE SPEECH WRITER: Tom Inskip

Tom ‘Skippy’ Inskip and sister Victoria — ‘Tor’ to her friends — have known Princes William and Harry since childhood. The Inskips were regulars at Club H, the ‘nightclub’ William and Harry set up in the basement of Highgrove.

Tom attended Eton with Harry and co-owns a race horse with him called Usain Colt.

He later became known for being by Harry’s side whenever he got into scrapes, such as his infamous trip to Las Vegas in 2012, when the prince was photographed naked during a game of ‘strip billiards’.

But he’s been leading a more settled life since marrying flame-haired literary agent the Hon Lara Hughes-Young in Jamaica in 2017.

Harry and Meghan flew to Jamaica to attend Tom’s wedding, where the Prince was an usher.

Tom was a guest at the royal wedding in May 2018, and reportedly helped Prince William write a speech.

The $38 Billion Divorce: Jeff and MacKenzie Bezos Are About to Officially Split

With the flick of a judge’s pen, a $38 billion stake in Amazon.com Inc. will pass to MacKenzie Bezos as part of her separation from company founder Jeff Bezos.

“This is the Godzilla of all divorces,” said Peter Walzer, president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and founding partner of Walzer Melcher. “Nothing comes close to it because of the amount of wealth that’s being divided.”

A regulatory disclosure detailing the shift in ownership is expected in early July, according to an April filing. It will provide a rare glimpse inside the world’s richest divorce, a result of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rules that require insiders to disclose changes in their holdings.

While divorce cases aren’t secret in Washington state, little else is expected to be revealed. “Even in states where it isn’t confidential parties can file for divorce but not attach their settlement agreement,” Walzer said. “There are ways around the public nature of divorce.”

Jeff Bezos, 55, remains the world’s richest person, with a 12% Amazon stake worth $112 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He’ll retain other assets, including the Washington Post and space-exploration company Blue Origin, MacKenzie Bezos, 49, said in an April tweet.

The amounts involved are unprecedented. While Oracle Corp.’s Larry Ellison has been through multiple divorces, none has affected his stake in the software maker. Likewise, Google co-founder Sergey Brin’s stake remained unchanged after he and Anne Wojcicki divorced without fanfare in 2015.

Oil industry magnate Harold Hamm’s separation from Sue Ann Arnall was far messier. The couple filed for divorce in 2012 after 26 years of marriage, and their trial two years later ended with Hamm, the chairman and CEO of Continental Resources Inc., being ordered to pay her $972 million of his then-estimated $16.1 billion fortune. Arnall later sought to reopen the case but the Oklahoma Supreme Court dismissed the appeal in 2015.

MacKenzie Bezos has said she intends to give away much of her wealth. She signed the Giving Pledge in May, promising to donate more than half of her fortune to philanthropy.

“I won’t wait,” she wrote in her pledge. “And I will keep at it until the safe is empty.”

The divorce petition identifies Bellevue, Washington-based Ted Billbe as her lawyer. Seattle’s Sherri Anderson is the attorney for Jeff Bezos. Neither responded to requests for comment. Even if other details stay under wraps, the case is set to remain a cornerstone of conversation among divorce lawyers.

“Everybody in my business is asking about it,” Walzer said.

Jennifer Lopez’s Boyfriend Calls Idris Elba ‘The Black Guy From The Wire’

Alex Rodriguez is arguably more famous for his alleged girlfriends like Cameron Diaz, Madonna and now, which is confirmed, Jennifer Lopez. Idris Elba is a Golden Globe winner, five-time Emmy nominee and one of the most respected actors of our time, but the Dominican-American, former baseball player just referred to him as “the Black guy from ‘The Wire.”

Rodriguez was talking to Sports Illustrated about who he sat with at the Met Gala. In trying to describe Elba, he said, “We had a great table. The Black guy from ‘The Wire’ — Idris Elba, yeah, and his new wife [Sabrina Dhowre].”

Oh, and to describe Henry Golding, the man who made a big splash in last year’s “Crazy Rich Asians,” he said, “And we had an Asian gentleman from ‘Rich Asians,’ the lead.” But when he describe the two white women at the table, he easily pointed out Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Twitter has been slamming A-Rod, one user wrote, “I truly believe Idris Elba would’ve referred to Arod as Alex Rodriguez from the Yankees… instead we get ‘The Black Guy From The Wire’ it’s not that deep but it is.”

Another wrote, “Can’t get over alex rodriguez describing idris elba as ‘the black guy from the wire.’”

Even Kylie Jenner is upset with him. He said about her, “Kylie was talking about Instagram and her lipstick, and how rich she is.”

She responded with, “Umm no i didn’t. We only spoke about Game of Thrones.” See below:
